Responsibilities

  • Drive employee engagement, which may include action plans and engagement activities.
  • Design and implement diversity action plans to drive inclusion and diversity efforts, and monitor EEO and annual AAP programs.
  • Lead and drive Company, Division, and Region initiatives and programs.
  • Develop and manage effective employee relations strategies that foster a safe, positive, productive and engaging work environment and provide conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate/Division Policy and all applicable external laws and regulations.
  • Provide support for annual performance management program including training, calibration, and data reporting.
  • Partner with Learning and Organization Development team to support initiatives to maximize employee performance.
  • Support talent management program including succession planning, talent reviews and development plans.
  • In partnership with the recruiter and /or hiring manager, efficiently and effectively fill open positions to execute the recruiting process to include posting positions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, drafting offer letters and onboarding new hires.
  • Provide compensation support on the sales incentive process and other compensation related inquiries including market/promotional reviews and ad hoc analysis.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and the integrity of the employee information in the HR System.
  • Respond to general questions and concerns from employees with regards to human resources programs and services.
  • Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
