  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals, guaranteeing the most effective deployment from HR to all the Regions.
  • Drive a 360-approach in management people, spreading empowerment culture, identifying strengths, and coaching talents across the organization whilst implementing development and performance improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Monitor the HC budget and define forecasting needs. Prepare monthly and annual reports in collaboration with the HR Operations & Administration Team.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Ensure proper implementation of compensation and benefit policies; handle annual reward review process; identify retention risks and draw actions.
  • Manage employee disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and programs.
