Responsibilities

  • Establishes and maintains effective, collaborative working relationships with assigned client groups. Responsible for partnering with leaders on team member relation issues, such as performance coaching, policy interpretation, culture issues, HR initiatives, and ServiceNow guidance. Where appropriate, will leverage Knowledge Articles, Corewell Health policy, values, and scripts for consistent and accurate guidance. Provides exceptional customer service through timely interactions, proactive thinking and follow up with leaders. Advises on matters related to employment such as transfers, promotions, demotions, performance correction, performance evaluations, job classifications, etc., ensuring equitable treatment of all team members. Collaborates with HR Business Partners in helping leaders develop and sustain a positive and engaged culture. Responsible for assessing cultural issues, recommending, and performing solutions to help improve/enhance team member effectiveness, team culture, and team dynamics. Navigates team member concerns with minimal complexity regarding employment-related matters such as situations where investigations are required to determine the details that occurred (i.e. timecard fraud, sleeping on the job, social media concerns, misconduct, etc.); partners with Fact Finders on larger, more complex cases as needed. Documents investigation and counseling activities, analyzes, recommends, and tracks resolutions. Collaborates with the team member relations team to ensure consistency in guidance and daily practice. Supports leaders in navigating interaction with HR COEs to help resolve team member issues. Acts as the primary contact for COEs when unique team member situations arise. Responsible for tracking cases in ServiceNow and sharing relevant metrics. Will use data to help raise up awareness of what is working well and where focus should occur. Assist in answering leader Workday and Service Now navigation and transaction questions.
