  • - contribute to HRIS improvements and development of new modules, including coordination of IT change control requests
  • - run reports to pursue the data cleansing effort (i.e. KPI reports) and to update other databases (i.e. for Finance forecasting purpose)
  • - Harmonize, integrate and simplify HR Data Management
  • - Reconcile data errors and ensure high data quality
  • - Liaise with HR Business Partners and HR Administration
  • - Streamline and improve current HRIS processes
  • - Be the “go to” person for Workday in the company: train the HR community and other stakeholders
