Responsibilities

  • Gestione delle principali attività amministrative HR quotidiane per l'entità legale italiana
  • Gestione di presenze/assenze, malattie, congedi di maternità, ferie e altri permessi
  • Garanzia della qualità dei dati in tutti i sistemi HR
  • Preparazione di lettere di assunzione, modifiche contrattuali e altre comunicazioni relative all'impiego
  • Gestione puntuale degli obblighi statutari (tasse, previdenza sociale, assicurazioni)
  • Coordinamento con i partner esterni di payroll e amministrazione
  • Revisione continua dei processi amministrativi per migliorare l'efficienza e la soddisfazione dei dipendenti
  • Aggiornamento delle policies HR in linea con le leggi più recenti e le normative globali
  • Supporto ai dipendenti e ai manager su questioni di payroll e di amministrazione
  • Gestione dell'archivio dei documenti dei dipendenti
  • Reporting su payroll e amministrazione
  • Supporto in materia di salute e sicurezza per le visite mediche obbligatorie
