Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement: Support, coordinate, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across HR systems and processes. Aim for streamlined and standardized processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process Design & Documentation: Design, document, and assess processes using standardized frameworks, ensuring they meet global requirements, legal/regulatory compliance and internal controls.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Actively gather process improvement suggestions from business stakeholders, HR Shared Services teams, and customer surveys, developing solutions to address identified needs.
  • System Management: Oversee the planning and implementation of system builds, manage user acceptance testing, and evaluate post-implementation improvements.
  • Training & Communication: Develop content for training sessions and communicate process updates and changes effectively to operational teams.
  • Leading workshops: Motivate colleagues and SME's and act as role model
  • Facilitation: Train, coach and advise to enhance the process and system skill of colleagues
  • Being the key People Service lead on project and process.
  • External supplier management and system design.
