Responsibilities

  • Direkter Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeiter aus mehr als 30 Ländern an unserem Standort in München
  • Administrative Unterstützung bei der Betreuung von Mitarbeitern von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt, wie z.B.:
  • Erstellen von Arbeitsverträgen und Zeugnissen sowie Ausstellen von Bescheinigungen
  • Schriftliche Korrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Pflege der Personalinformationssysteme SAP und Workday
  • Mitwirkung bei der Gehaltsabrechnung, hierbei sind Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Sozialversicherung und Lohnsteuer von Vorteil
  • Unterstützung der lokalen HR Manager im operativen Tagesgeschäft
