The primary responsibility of the HRBP Operations Associate is to manage and streamline all operational aspects of the Human Resources Business Partner Function, ensuring smooth and efficient processes in collaboration with the VP, Talent Team Operations, and HRBP Operations Specialist.
What qualifications are preferred for this position?
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferable, along with 4+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in HR Operations or as an HR Generalist. Additionally, having an SPHR or PHR certification is a plus.
What HR systems experience is required for this position?
Strong proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Workday, is required, along with the ability to provide training and troubleshoot issues related to the system.
