Responsibilities

  • Utilize HR analytics and data to support informed decision-making and provide insights to the leadership team.
  • Develop and present HR metrics and reports to demonstrate the impact of HR initiatives.
  • Manage all data requests, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular data audits to maintain data integrity and compliance.
  • Centralize all employment data within Workday to maintain a single source of truth for HR data and processes.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS team to improve and optimize HR systems for increased functionality and efficiency.
  • Provide systems training, particularly in Workday, to team members, ensuring they can effectively navigate and utilize the system.
  • Manage and oversee ongoing HR projects and initiatives, including but not limited to the Great Place to Work (GPTW) program, the annual review process, the annual budget process, and the development of a quarterly Board Book.
  • Create and maintain an annual project timeline to ensure timely execution of key HR projects.
  • Regularly audit HR systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements to streamline HR operations and reduce manual tasks.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Operations to streamline and optimize processes where Talent Acquisition crosses with the HRBP function, ensuring efficient workflows and improved operational support for the Human Resources team.
  • Lead and meaningfully engage HRBP Operations Specialist.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
