Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Design: Design engaging and interactive learning curriculum, including but not limited to presentations, workshops, e-learning modules, and other resources aligned with adult learning best practices and principles.
  • Facilitation: Facilitate learning sessions and workshops for employees at all levels of the organization, ensuring content is delivered effectively and in a manner that promotes buy-in, understanding, and engagement.
  • Evaluation: Gather constructive feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of the learning programs through surveys, assessments, and other mechanisms to develop and adopt recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors to enhance the breadth and depth of the learning opportunities to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic plan.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate metrics of learning activities, attendance, evaluations, and feedback and prepare data reports as needed.
