  • Excellent influencing and storytelling skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback to a variety of stakeholders at different levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a keen eye for detail

Responsibilities

  • In this key role, you’ll bring your understanding and knowledge of HCD creative disciplines to make day-to-day banking for our customers effortless. Working closely with our internal teams and external partners, you’ll be applying HCD methods to translate and identify customer needs and balancing these with business objectives and technology to improve user experiences with commercial impact.
  • You’ll also be:
  • Providing high quality consultancy and working collaboratively to drive and deliver improvements
  • Leading our third party partners and internal HCD design teams from briefing to end delivery
  • Shaping HCD design and research briefs, making sure that our new experiences are of the highest quality, meeting both user and business objectives
  • Embedding user experience best practices across our community of experience and journey managers, creating and improving guidelines, driving consistency and ensuring the benefits are understood
  • Coaching and mentoring our teams, building HCD knowledge and advocacy of good user experience and design
