Responsibilities

  • Conduct human factors research and maintenance of the PRA human factors resource library.
  • Conduct analog and psychometric screening and analysis of prospective personnel for the unique operations and training that exist in the organization.
  • Support JPRA Human Factors personnel in representing the DoD and other J.S. Government organizations in research, and policy formulation aspects regarding repatriated personnel.
  • Provide inputs to psychological policy formulation, pertaining to training, and oversight of 11 DoD SERE training locations, as it relates to isolated personnel.
