Responsibilities

  • - Vertrauensperson für unsere Angestellten in allen HR-relevanten Themen
  • - Mitarbeiterbeziehungen: Effiziente Kommunikation mit deutsch- und englischsprachigen Mitarbeitern und Stakeholdern. Du wirst HR-Richtlinien, Verfahren, Gesetze, Standards und Vorschriften neuen und bestehenden Teammitgliedern interpretieren und erklären.
  • - Compliance: Sicherstellen der Einhaltung deutscher und internationaler Arbeitsgesetze. Du wirst der Hüter der rechtlichen Standards sein.
  • - Leistungen und Gehaltsabrechnung: Überwachung der Mitarbeiterleistungen und der Gehaltsabrechnung, um sicherzustellen, dass alles den deutschen Vorschriften und Standards entspricht.
  • - Durchführung von Einführungen für neue Mitarbeiter und Beratung in Mitarbeiterangelegenheiten. Organisation und Verwaltung genauer und vertraulicher Mitarbeiterunterlagen.
  • - Sicherstellung der rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen für Workations und Auslandsaufenthalte unserer Mitarbeiter
  • - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen HR Verantwortlichen an unseren Standorten weltweit
