Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 4-6 years’ relevant experience as an HR Business Partner, including resolution of complex employee relations issues

  • Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of an organization and with diverse client groups

Responsibilities

  • Consult and partner with business units, employees, managers and the Talent Acquisition team, providing HR guidance when appropriate
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough and objective investigations
  • Prepare and maintain HR Dashboard with HR engagement, effectiveness, attrition, retention, ROI analysis and interpret dashboard outcomes for action items or internal advisory
  • Provide day-to-day performance management and policy guidance to line management; including, coaching, counseling, performance reviews, career development and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training and compliance programs, and may be involved in identifying training needs for business units
