Responsibilities

  • Serves as internal coach and consultant to division leadership, providing strategic HR support and consult in the areas of workforce planning, talent development and performance, organizational design, interpretation of HR policy, and compliance.   • Responsible for guiding and coaching division leaders on modeling people leader competencies and reinforcing the Bank’s culture.
  • Leads innovation in HR technology and analytics by developing division workforce dashboards, forecasts, and other analyses in collaboration with HR leaders and Corporate Engagement Strategy, Risk, & Analytics (CESRA). Uses expertise in data analysis to develop data-driven HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Anticipates future talent needs based on changes in the market, new technologies, shifts in workforce demographics, etc. This involves analyzing trends and data to develop proactive strategies for recruitment, retention, and talent development.
  • Develops and communicates metrics to measure HR program effectiveness, help identify accomplishments, make decisions, and set new strategy.
  • Expert resource on HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Serves as advocate for division and brand ambassador for HR, while also ensuring consistency in HR program implementation across the enterprise.
