  • The Space & Intelligence HR Team is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner who will support multiple programs and leaders across the portfolio in HR activities including workforce planning/talent management, performance management/employee relations, compensation reviews, leadership development, education/training, and engagement activities.
  • The ideal candidate will be viewed as a trusted partner who is eager to learn from an experienced HR team.
  • Selected candidate should be extremely organized, responsive, consultative, and collaborative in driving win-win solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will engage and support Peraton's Strategic Imperatives, Operational Priorities and be an ambassador for the Sectors employee retention, engagement, and culture initiatives.
