  • Lead Plant Programs such as Plant Friendly, Bright Ideas, and High Five, DEI Committees
  • Support our Axiom access procedures
  • Execute a paper file to electronic file system project
  • Assist in preparing reports for internal and external audits or compliance reviews.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with employees by addressing concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Manage HR-related correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos.
  • Help maintain HR files and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide support during performance reviews, employee evaluations, and disciplinary processes.
  • Assist in organizing employee training sessions, workshops, and events.
  • Track employee training and development records and certifications.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and new employees are properly introduced to the company culture.
