Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the campus and conference recruitment program, including onsite logistical tasks in our Santa Monica office to coordinate recruitment events.
  • Under supervision, serve as the Relocation Coordinator and assist with the administration of the relocation program for new employees and employee transfers. Interface with new employees and employee transfers to provide a positive candidate experience and respond to relocation questions. Work with outside vendors to schedule household goods moves and temporary housing.
  • Assist in the Employee Referral Program. Track and process payments.
  • Manage recruiting advertisements which entails posting positions, maintaining account inventory, processing invoices, reporting, and tracking costs and vendor contract details.
  • Assist in the employment visa process and coordinate time sensitive visa materials and check requests.
  • Assist with a variety of Talent Acquisition related projects in the area of recruiting outreach activities.
  • Additional responsibilities: travel arrangements, preparing/reconciling expense reports; preparing/proofreading presentation materials, policy and compliance documents and other materials as needed, and other administrative support as requested.
