Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support to full-time and freelance employees including but not limited to orientation, cyclical HR processes, training, company programs & initiatives, and general HR questions
  • Utilize the HRIS system to process employee actions including new hire onboarding, terminations, transfers, and data updates
  • Communicate and partner with hiring managers and crewing teams to ensure successful and accurate onboarding including but not limited to troubleshooting and validation for data integrity
  • Coordinate with internal departments and follow up to ensure completion of HR processes including but not limited to compliance documents and training requirements
  • Organize and maintain accurate company files and documents as directed including but not limited to department files, employee documents, compliance documents, and reporting
  • Monitor and track freelance headcount approvals and business justifications
  • Liaise with Payroll, Recruiting, and HR Operations to manage and resolve day-to-day employee issues or discrepancies
  • Respond to and assist in the resolution of HR-related inquiries for full-time and freelance employees in a timely manner
  • Conduct training sessions for business related to freelance onboarding and I-9 verifications
  • Interpret and communicate company policies and procedures ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Special projects and other duties as requested, including providing the Human Resources department with overflow assistance, employee engagement activities, etc.
