Responsibilities

  • Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeiter, Auszubildenden, Aushilfen und Praktikanten
  • Unterstützung unserer Personalabteilung in allen administrativen Aufgaben
  • interne Kommunikation mit allen Abteilungen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung des On- und Offboardings
  • Pflege unseres Zeitwirtschaftssystemes Zeit-Lohn
  • Erstellung von Berichten, Statistiken und deren Auswertung
  • Unterstützung im Recruiting und Übernahme von Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Unterstützung unsere Quality & Training Abteilung bei der Durchführung und Planung von Inductions und Trainingsadministration
  • Planung und Betreuung von Mitarbeiter- und Azubievents
