What are the primary responsibilities associated with this role?
Key responsibilities include HR support for managers and associates, coaching and counseling management and employees, maintaining associate data, supporting off-boarding processes, participation in Talent Management processes, and assisting with HR compliance efforts.
Will travel be required for this position?
Yes, less than 10% travel may be required to other Regal Rexnord locations, including but not limited to Rosemont, Milwaukee, and South Beloit.
What is the compensation range for this role?
The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $95,000, depending on various factors such as worksite location, candidate's skill set, experience, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
