What is the work schedule for the Human Resources Leadership Development Program?
The work schedule is standard, Monday through Friday.

The HRLDP is set to begin on July 14, 2025.
What is the starting salary for the HRLDP?
The starting salary for the HRLDP is $90,000, in addition to an Annual Incentive Plan, Sign-on Bonus, and Relocation Assistance.
What type of educational background is required to apply for the HRLDP?
Applicants must be graduate students completing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a similar degree between December 2024 and June 2025.
Is prior work experience required for this program?
Yes, candidates should have at least 1 year of work experience post-undergraduate degree, ideally in large, forward-thinking, global organizations, with experience in Life Sciences or a STEM-related industry required.
What are the key areas of focus during the HRLDP rotations?
The rotations will include Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and other critical impactful initiatives.
Is geographic flexibility required for participants in the HRLDP?
Yes, geographic flexibility is required both during and upon completion of the program.
Are there any sponsorship opportunities for employment visa status in this position?
No, Thermo Fisher does not offer sponsorship for employment visa status for this position; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
