Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring and coordinating correspondence, reports, and related items for the SPO Human Resources
  • Implement and deliver HR best practices; resolve HR issues when they arise
  • Effectively communicate with leadership to status HR activities
  • Track, write, and coordinate awards and nominations
  • Support all SPO business processes and business rhythm
  • Works collaboratively with SPO leadership and internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan, track, and drive to closure all HR tasks and products
  • Anticipates what is needed for the SPO to be successful and responsive to organization leadership.
  • Plans ahead, anticipates issues, provides solutions, and solves problems.
  • Responsible for overall SPO efficiency.
