Responsibilities

  • Oversee the ongoing operations of the five Inclusion Networks, ensuring their success and alignment with enterprise D&I goals and business objectives
  • In partnership with the Diversity and Inclusion manager and Global Co-Head of Human Resources provide content to client-facing teams to help respond to D&I related queries and interests
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to lead, assess, develop, implement, measure and continuously improve key initiatives/programs
  • Act as a representative on the D&I Leadership Council, contributing to high-level strategy, discussions, and decision-making
  • Coordinate and support global D&I-related events, initiatives, and programs that drive awareness and promote inclusivity within the organization
  • Partner across HR to ensure D&I strategies are integrated across the entire employee experience including recruiting, retention, talent development, and total rewards
  • Partner with the HR leadership team to support the successful delivery of department-wide projects and initiatives. Act as the human resources project manager to ensure timelines, deliverables, and goals are met. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders outside the department
  • Support the Global Co-Heads of Human Resources and functional ‘Heads Of’ with ad hoc project work and process improvements
  • Explore emerging HR trends, technologies and systems and provide recommendations for initiatives and tools that can enhance HR operations and employee experience
  • Lead outreach and ongoing relationship management with potential and current community partners that align with the Dimensional Driven pillars
  • Ongoing support of the global Dimensional Driven Committee through event coordination
  • Own employee communication of Dimensional Driven volunteer opportunities
