Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute day-to-day HR-related activities and communications, including employee, affiliate, and other non-employee processes, ensuring successful objective delivery by tracking progress and communicating issues/risks.
  • Review and initially approve Workday transactions related to changes in people- and pay-related information.
  • Serve as the Workday Supervisor (Workday Role) for individuals requiring a UT Appointment to access various DMS systems, ensuring UT-related trainings are up to date.
  • Collaborate with enterprise teams such as Walk-In clinical team, HR, and IT to achieve appropriate clearance.
  • Complete HR hires and appointments processes.
  • Implement training and education programs for team members impacted by HR process improvements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to departments, faculty, candidates, and applicants to maintain strong relationships with departments and community members.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Human Resource team.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
