Responsibilities

  • Implement new system functionality, data extracts, custom reports/charts, queries and provide data analytic support. Also responsible for working with clients to understand needs; facilitate a process that documents a high-level design that meets the client's needs as well as collaborate with IS to scope work and estimate resources and design/build a prototype solution.
  • Identify opportunities for HR systems improvements, tighter integration and simplified maintenance and maintain awareness of vendor plans and potential impact on current and future functionality. Participate in vendor user groups and in the assessment and selection of new technology solutions.
  • Maintain existing HR systems which includes maintaining stability, supporting system upgrades, troubleshooting, managing data integrity and setting parameters for security profiles. Create and maintain test scripts for system upgrades, execute test scripts and resolve issues prior to implementing system upgrades. Identify and resolve ongoing system issues, open vendor tickets and monitor issues to satisfactory resolution.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of training programs related to new implementations and apply project management practices to ensure appropriate communication with client and completion of work assigned in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
