Requirements

  • What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • API (application programming interface) experience or basic knowledge

Responsibilities

  • In this position, you will be the face of FIS to clients during a project.
  • You will be a systems expert to help the client set up tables, parameters, and explain how they impact the client’s business.
  • You will be a liaison between CLS developers and client business teams, like commercial loan operations.
  • You will support the client during test script writing, test planning, and test execution.
  • You will be involved in issue tracking, testing, and resolution for the client
