Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of UAM (User Access Management) framework and associated controls - including responsibility for quarterly user access recertification programmes.
  • Perform review and approval of access requests on behalf of the ISO function.
  • Assist in the management of user access escalation incidents.
  • Generation and dissemination of various reporting included user band reporting, toxic access and simulated phishing statistics.
  • Provide support for UAM/ISO related improvement projects in areas such as automation and new application recertifications processes.
  • Support the team manager in analysis & documentation of 'as-is' User access models and input into requirements for future strategic user access projects.
  • Communicate inherent security risks, awareness and training to technical and non-technical business users.
  • Support ongoing oversight of Group/Joint Venture Information Security functions and services.
