You will be working in an Older People Mental Health ward, specifically with patients requiring organic assessment.

The shift pattern is rotational day/night with 11.55-hour shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Yes, you will regularly take charge of the ward and supervise and teach both qualified and unqualified junior staff.

You need to practice within the Nursing & Midwifery Council Code of Professional Conduct, national mental health legislation, as well as national and local policy, guidelines, and protocols.
