Responsibilities

  • You will handle assigned accounts and customers to achieve sales targets using a range of Sales tools.
  • Prospecting and upselling/cross-selling to develop current business and acquire new business from our wide range of scientific products.
  • Prospect and develop relationships with new customers through outbound telephone calls to all levels and functional areas where purchasing decisions are made.
  • Follow-up quotations, enquiries and complaints promptly and proactively to maintain effective customer relationships, increase opportunities, and develop customer intimacy.
  • Actively support and implement specific sales campaigns and promotions.
  • We will support you to lead your own panel of customer accounts, building strong customer relationships via telephone, email and other digital methods, supporting customers finding the best products and solutions.
