Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische (bevorzugt touristische) Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Tourismusmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, bevorzugt in einem touristischen Umfeld gepaart mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kenntnissen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung klassischer Marketing- & Sales Promotion-Maßnahmen
  • Gute konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, Kreativität und eine gute sprachliche Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Flexibilität in der Bearbeitung verschiedenartiger Aufgaben
  • Hohes Maß an Dienstleistungsbereitschaft und Engagement, um die gesetzten Sales-Ziele zu erreichen
  • Affinität zu Luxusprodukten und Trendverständnis
  • Teamplayer/in mit guten kommunikativen und integrativen Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit Content-Management-Systemen wünschenswert

Responsibilities

  • Aktive Betreuung der Vertriebspartner wie Reisebüros, Kooperationen, Golfclubs, Hotels etc. in Zusammenarbeit mit den Sales Managern in den jeweiligen Regionen
  • Unterstützung, Koordination und aktive Umsetzung der geplanten Aktionen in Abstimmung mit Schnittstellen und Vertriebspartnern
  • Organisation und operative Begleitung von Sonderevents, Messen, Mailings, Follow-Up-Aktivitäten
  • Sparringspartner für die Sales Manager und Vertriebspartner (z.B. Sales Promotion Aktionen, Berichtigungen etc.)
  • Briefing, Koordination, Umsetzung, und Produktionsüberwachung von Sales Promotion Maßnahmen und Sonderaktionen im Hinblick auf FIT und Gruppenaktivitäten
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Gruppenangeboten, Kontingenten sowie Buchungsabwicklungen
  • Briefing, Koordination und Umsetzung der entsprechenden Produktinformationen wie Flyer, Folder etc. in Zusammenarbeit mit der Fachabteilung
  • Pflege von Aktivitätenlisten und der Übersicht über alle regionalen Aktionen / Budgets
  • Finale Bearbeitung der eingereichten Reports der Sales Manager
  • Bearbeitung der Expedientenbuchungen
  • Digitale Bearbeitung des Backends von ZEIT IST LUXUS
