Responsibilities

  • Drives the instructional design process through learning content analysis, working with subject matter experts to validate content, and creating supporting design documents including blueprints and storyboards. Development includes building e-learning solutions using e-learning authoring tools (dominKnow, Area9 Rhapsode) and related course material, including rigorous, valid assessments of learning.
  • Elevate Experiences: Refresh and enhance evergreen content to keep it cutting-edge, engaging, and relevant, keeping in mind our global audience, translation and localization needs. Carefully & purposefully use Citi’s generative artificial intelligence (genAI) tools to boost productivity & quality.
  • Appropriately assess risk when learning & development decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for our extensive governance, standards, and specifications, proactively raising credible challenge when necessary, and escalating control issues with transparency.
