Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand metrics among non-users and current users in Europe.
  • Lead marketing campaigns and initiatives end-to-end execution, including project plan, cross-function alignment and success measurement (monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs to assess effectiveness and ROAS).
  • Define the project plan, campaign objectives based on data, target audience and size, main KPIs, core narrative, estimated budget, and previous insights, among other definitions. Provide direction to different teams: media, creative, strategy and analytics, social, and communications. Act as a maestro, orchestrating all components of the overall campaign.
  • Manage overall campaigns: timelines, and resources, define roles and responsibilities among teams, communicate campaign progress, define measurement plan, share learnings, among others.
  • Be able to influence cross-functional teams when managing large-scale campaigns and strategic initiatives.
