Responsibilities

  • - Lead the team that oversees and manages the financial operations of Tearfund globally, maintaining the integrity of core financial systems.
  • - Ensure financial accuracy, compliance with international accounting standards and other external requirements.
  • - Manage effective financial reporting.
  • - Oversee UK tax affairs, including quarterly VAT returns.
  • - Manage global payroll and the implementation of financial controls and procedures across all regions where Tearfund operates.
  • - Sit on the Finance Senior Management Team.
