Responsibilities

  • To lead and support the planning and management of Interweave onboarding process including liaising with workstream leads to ensure their tasks are completed within the timescales
  • To address any deviations to the delivery of the project plan activities and escalate any risks to them or other identified programme risks to the programme manager / project manager
  • The post holder will offer a high standard of evidence based professional leadership, knowledge and experience within Projects and service transformation
  • To work autonomously and develop substantial support systems relevant to the area of work
  • To initiate and lead the planning and development of a service/project as a member of the team
