The primary responsibilities include assisting in marketing, origination, execution, and portfolio management of lending facilities and capital markets transactions, creating pitch books, developing presentations for rating agencies, negotiating legal documentation, and supporting senior bankers.
What qualifications are required for this position?
Applicants must have 6+ months of financial services industry experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Is prior experience in securitization required?
No, prior experience in or related to securitization is desired but not mandatory.
