The candidate should have an undergraduate degree, strong GPA, knowledge of accounting and finance, excellent communication and analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to adapt to change, be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player. Must be willing to be located in Chicago or New York.

The candidate will work alongside experienced bankers, performing extensive financial analysis, building models, drafting marketing materials, supporting senior bankers, and participating in client meetings to support client relationship development and understand industry implications.
