About The Team Our M&A advisory practice offers comprehensive financial advisory services and expert guidance. We serve buyers and sellers by providing in-depth financial and strategic analysis, identifying transaction partners, developing creative deal structures, and negotiating complex transaction terms. Job Summary & Responsibilities We are offering talented students and recent graduates an exciting opportunity to work in the demanding field of Investment Banking (Mergers & Acquisitions) for a three-month internship from July to September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of our team and gain live experience working for a global investment bank. Our program provides all interns with the unique opportunity to: * Work alongside current Analysts, Associates, and VPs over the course of three months * Have exposure to our main sector teams: Healthcare, Consumer & Essential Services and Services & Industrials * Take on all functions of a full-time analyst * Assist deal teams in live transactions * Perform financial due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of potential and live transactions * Receive direct client exposure in a culture of collaboration and accountability * Draft pitch materials, information memorandums, management presentations, and other relevant communications * Identify potential M&A and financing situations Qualifications Our people are our most valuable asset.
