Requirements

  • You can come from any academic background, as long as you have a passion for technology and/or operations and a keen interest in the investment industry. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or school leavers who are available to start in September 2024.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong customer service orientation
  • A self-motivated and humble mindset, with a willingness to learn from and collaborate with others
  • A proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • A team player who enjoys building cross-team relationships
  • A flexible and independent worker who can adapt to a fast-paced and team-oriented environment, where priorities change frequently.

Responsibilities

  • As an InvesTech Associate, you can expect to work on a variety of projects that enhance Wellington Management’s business performance and efficiency.
  • You will be a part of teams that design, build, test, and support our robust technology suite, which includes software applications, databases, networks, and servers. You will also collaborate with other business divisions that support our investment functions.
