What is the main role of the IRIS Coordinator at Frimley Park Hospital?
The main role of the IRIS Coordinator is to facilitate appropriate discharge pathways for patients leaving the hospital, support cross-organization working and information sharing, act as a single point of access to community services, and coordinate the day-to-day running of the IRIS office.

What are the working hours for this role?
The IRIS Coordinator will work as part of a rota covering 8am to 6pm, 7 days a week.

Essential qualifications include NVQ level 3 in administration or equivalent, and GCSE/equivalent in Maths and English (grade 5-9/B TEC). Desirable qualifications include NVQ level 3 in health and social care or equivalent, as well as a medical terminology qualification.
