Requirements

  • 11 + years of Information Technology experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • Candidate may be located remotely anywhere in the US and must be willing to travel for major milestones
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, we are not able to sponsor at this time
  • +8 years of experience in iScala ERP
  • 8+ years of experience with application development and support of iScala ERP
  • Experience managing incidents and service requests within daily support SLAs
  • Experience working closely with vendor and other 3rd Party internal and external teams for system bugs and any infrastructure related problems
  • Experience in Database administration and performance tuning
  • Experience on Epicor Service Connect, Crystal Reports, SQL Server, MS Reports, Expense Reports
  • Experience working on integrations and knowledge of ServiceMax
  • Server administration and support experience
  • VBA experience will be good to have
  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
  • Knowledge of other ERP systems will be an advantage
  • Experience managing team size of 7-10 would be a plus

Responsibilities

  • - Providing solutions on iScala ERP for customer's issues and requirements, development, testing and deployment.
  • - Driving the Engagement all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment.
  • - Managing functional and technical customizations in different countries.
  • - Managing incidents and service requests within daily support SLAs.
  • - Working closely with business stakeholders regarding support tasks and also improving business processes.
  • - Working closely with other 3rd Party internal and external teams for system bugs and any infrastructure related problems.
  • - Leading and training other team members.
  • - Shaping value-adding solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
