Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance of the organisation’s ISO frameworks to ensure adherence to ISO standards and support continued certification
  • Develop processes for effective management of external audits.
  • Transition core ISO activities to new business owners.
  • Identify and address gaps or improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct regular checks and internal audits against ISO standards
  • Maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) and lead IMS meetings with relevant senior stakeholders, ensuring it remains effective and relevant
  • Manage risk registers, action logs and improvement plans.
  • Document and update key controls and compliance tests, providing assurance that controls are operating effectively
  • Be the point of contact for external audits, preparing the teams, coordinating dates and availability with auditors and certification bodies, and communicating any relevant information.
  • Identify root causes of any non-conformances and create improvement plans to ensure non-conformances are addressed and rectified.
  • Report findings and work collaboratively with key business functions to support continuous improvement.
  • Support the Senior Compliance Manager with general compliance matters.
  • Raise and resolve issues and concerns with relevant teams.
  • Participate in briefings and meetings at all levels of the organisation
