Responsibilities

  • Developing and overseeing IT strategic plans, projects, budgets, and IT service delivery support to achieve integrated business plans of BAE Systems’ Electronic Systems (ES) sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships across stakeholder organizations and deliver timely solutions and efficient services to meet explicit and implicit needs of the business.
  • Working closely with the IT service centers to ensure scope, cost and schedule for critical facility projects to achieve our manufacturing ramp to rate milestones.
  • Creates formal networks with key decision makers and serves as external spokesperson for the organization.
  • Develop solutions to problems of unusual complexity which require an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovativeness.
  • Engage with internal and external (supplier) stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.
  • Manage project portfolios focusing on one of the following: manufacturing facilities, relocation of existing space, or infrastructure/networking projects.
