  • Define, set up and manage the change management Model to be efficient and cross with all the different areas related to the Assisted Channels.
  • Take responsibility for Change and Release Management processes, ensuring minimal disruption or degradation to service during the lifecycle of the change and is managed appropriately.
  • Be responsible for test management (Strategy & execution).
  • Evaluate change requests, identifying, analyzing and documenting potential risks or issues, and apportion actions accordingly.
  • Maintain full auditability of all changes and releases, utilizing the tools available, i.e. Service Now and Solution Manager.
  • Support the implementation of key projects and monitor progress of plans against success criteria. Plans may include: change management, engagement and communications, and benefits plans, benefits profiles, and training plans.
