Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the management, governance and service delivery for Software, Assets, Change and Configuration Management.
  • As part of this role, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
  • Queue Management for Software, Asset and Change Management.
  • Kit handling for Starter, Movers, and leavers.
  • Governance and tracking of all IT Assets including Asset Refresh projects.
  • As an IT Service Analyst, you will implement service level management, provide business support, and escalating where relevant to IT Service Manager to ensure delivery of a resilient service, to meet the ongoing needs of the business.
  • As an IT Service Manager, you will:
  • Follow defined processes across all workstreams to ensure audit compliance and governance activities are completed within tight deadlines.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external suppliers to support service delivery.
  • Confidently facilitate stakeholder engagement through meetings, stand ups and workshops.
  • Assess requirements to identify risks and impact to the estate, escalating where appropriate.
  • Ensure notes and actions are clear and concise, storing information appropriately in accordance with the ‘Responsible for Information’ policy.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both our internal and external customers.
  • Provide effective queue management across multiple workstreams in a timely manner. Whilst meeting business needs through prioritisation.
