  • Ensuring all issues raised are logged in the service desk, and end users receive regular updates on their support issues
  • Work with 3rd party suppliers on more complex problems before escalating to the System Administrator.
  • Maintain IT team documentation in coordination with the IT manager
  • Ensure all IT services in meeting rooms and pool equipment are tested regularly
  • Ensure all desks have fully functional IT equipment
  • Physical assembly of new computers and IT equipment, including network cabling
  • User induction and training on Microsoft and 3rd party products
