Responsibilities

  • Assisting the team: this person supports the team through exceptional organization and task management. This includes managing meetings, maintaining weekly sales reports, and managing orderbooks daily to ensure the team is achieving all targets and objectives for the R.E.I business.
  • Analyzing sales data: Evaluates sales reports, orderbooks, tracks metrics, and provides insights to optimize sales strategies. This includes utilizing internal and external reporting systems that ensure timely delivery of all products, measures weekly sell-thru and tracks key product launches.
  • Facilitating internal cross-functional collaboration: Fosters effective communication and collaboration between internal partners. This person bridges the gap between sales, marketing, merchandising and operations internally.
  • Managing customer relationships: Builds and maintains strong relationships with access-point partners. This person is responsible for day-to-day management of strategic accounts, resolving partner issues and ensuring the intersections between HOKA’s and the partners’ needs are aligned.
