The basic qualifications include 2 years of relevant work experience, 1 year of ISD experience, and a Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred skills include a Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, experience with the full life cycle of the ISD process, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, knowledge of Section 508 requirements, experience with rapid development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline), and familiarity with design production tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
Is prior experience in consulting environments important for this role?
Yes, experience working in consulting firm environments is preferred.
What types of instructional materials will the Junior Instructional Designer be tasked with creating?
The successful candidate will develop classroom-based training, online training, performance support tools, self-paced guides, case studies, job aids, and more.
Will the Junior Instructional Designer receive supervision?
Yes, the Junior Instructional Designer will work as part of an instructional design team under the supervision of a Senior Learning Solutions Designer and/or Project Manager.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is $60,927.00 - $103,576.00.
