Responsibilities

  • The key contact for all the planning and trading of Global Campaign and collaborations which you will manage in line with the Womenswear critical path, the end-to-end process of merchandising and planning. Strategically plan and manage sales plans and options by season by channel by grade for the campaigns.
  • Maintain the Womenswear marketing cadence and future activity with buying and design counterparts. Create and evolve analysis, producing a suite of reporting from lesson learnt, seasonal planning, in season trade reports and post PIR’s.
  • You will present to peers, senior leaderships across functions providing ongoing executive summaries at key points in the trading calendar. Seasonally cascade campaign strategy, managing priority line lists for & Logistics
  • Work closely with the Visual Merchandising and Marketing teams to sign off seasonal layouts. Guide and approve rules for products and agree presentation settings.
  • Work collaboratively with International and Franchise to hit agreed channels launch quantities & maintain RAG reports liaising with buying, design and VM to ensure best in class stock levels and proactively assess the impact of in season trading on future campaigns.
  • Work with all functions to ensure we have the best and slickest Ways of Working to ensure all campaigns and collaborations are launched on time in the right stores/platforms. Provide insight from M&S stores and key competitors how co-ordinated areas have been executed & evolved.
