Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Marketing
  • 2-4 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing oder Digital Marketing für den Online Brand Manager oder 1-2 Jahre für den Junior Online Brand Manager

Responsibilities

  • (Mit) Entwicklung einer gezielten E-com Strategie
  • Identifizierung der entscheidenden Wachstumshebel für die Marke auf Basis interner und externer Analysen
  • Definition einer zielgerichteten, konsumentenorientierten und auf die Markenstrategie abgestimmten Sortiments- und Promotionstrategie für alle Kunden
  • Erstellung einer fokussierten und auf die Marke abgestimmten Kommunikationsstrategie für alle relevanten Kanäle auf Grundlage der entscheidenden Media KPIs
  • Erstellung, Implementierung und Verantwortung für den E-com Aktivierungsplan
  • Optimierung des für die Kategorie entscheidenden Sortiments und relevanter Produktlancierungen bei allen E-com Kunden
  • Überwachung der Aktivierungspläne und regelmäßiges Update an die Produkt Manager der verschiedenen Kategorien
  • Steuerung aller relevanten IMC Schritte für Produktlancierungen unter Berücksichtigung der „IMC Digital Ecosystem Checklist“
  • Führung der SEA-/SEO-Strategie (inkl. AMS/ AMG, ZMS, …) für Ihre Kategorie in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Digital und E-com Team
  • Erstellen von Ratings und Reviews in Abstimmung mit den Produkt Managern
  • Starker Sparringspartner für (internationales) Marketing und Vertrieb
  • Verlässlicher Hauptansprechpartner für das E-com Vertriebsteam für Ihre Kategorie
  • Unterstützung der E-Key Account Manager bei der Vorbereitung der Jahresgesprächs- und Sortimentstermine mit den Kunden
  • Erarbeitung eines Prozesses zur Vereinfachung der Zusammenarbeit und des Informationsaustausches zwischen Marketing und allen anderen Stakeholdern (Vertrieb, Internationales Marketing, Digitalteam, CMO Team etc.)
