  • In this role you’ll support the planning, execution and delivery of the strategic transformation of BT’s Colleague facing Digital Workplace IT capability.
  • Day to day, you’ll spend your time supporting projects managing the modernization of products and services for colleagues right across BT.
  • You’ll unlock new ways of working for BT colleagues, making it easier to create better value for shareholders and customers.
  • You’ll also manage the strategic planning (people, process, technology, data, costs) of end-to-end persona-based experiences, resulting in improved productivity and collaboration right across BT.
